1. Company Information

2. Services
Dutch Flavours B.V. provides digital services including custom website development, web application development, e-commerce solutions, API development, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, mobile app development, database design, cloud hosting setup, and website maintenance. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products or goods are sold or shipped.
3. Orders and Agreements
Placing an order through our website constitutes an expression of interest. A binding agreement is only formed after Dutch Flavours B.V. confirms the order in writing via email, including agreed scope, timeline, and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon individually per project. Dutch Flavours B.V. will contact you after order placement to discuss payment arrangements. Invoices are issued in Euros (EUR). Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as agreed. Dutch Flavours B.V. retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party components, libraries, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dutch Flavours B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, Netherlands.
9. Changes to Terms
Dutch Flavours B.V. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
